C and C Gems Online drawing rules: 1. The contest is open to all legal U.S. residents 18 and over who enter. 2. To enter, you must provide your name, a valid e-mail address, city, and state. C and C Gems will NOT share your e-mail address or personal information because we value your privacy. 3. The drawing will be held on the 15th of each month and a new contest will begin on the 16th of each month.4. At the end of each contest all names who have entered will be placed in a container and the winner drawn. 5. Winners will be contacted via e-mail and winners will have 15 days to contact us with shipping instructions. If there is no contact within this time another name will be drawn until prize is awarded.6. Limit of one entry per person per household per monthly contest. 7. Taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the prizewinner.8. Contest may be cancelled or end without notice. 9. Contest is void where prohibited by law. 10. Contest winners are limited to one prize per 12 month period. 11. Entry into contest constitutes acceptace of all rules. 12. All winners will be listed on the C and C Gems Winners Circle. 13.
